The Digital Addiction shop automatically calculates the shipping cost based on your area code. All you have to do is add an item to the cart, and use the estimate shipping feature in the checkout section.

Digital Addiction offers 3 options for shipping:

1. Courier  * 1
2. Post Office Parcel – Counter to Counter * 2 - Only Available to Regional and Surcharge Areas
3. Collection from our offices

Insurance is covered by Digital Addiction for all items that are shipped.   *3

*1 Please note that the courier delivery to your door can take anywhere from 24 – 96 hours after being sent.
*2 Please note that the Post Office Parcel shipping is counter to counter and usually takes 3 -5 working days after being sent.
*3 Should an insurance claim be submitted, there is an excess of R1000 that must be paid before the claim will be submitted.
